Born in Tel Aviv, he graduated from the Electricity course of study at the Ort High School. He served in the IDF as a maintenance officer in the Home Command. An avowed dog lover, he volunteered to serve as the chairman of the Israel Kennel Club. He has served as General Manager of Inter Industries since its establishment.
